1.What is Virgin Hair and Remy Hair? What is the difference between them?
Virgin Hair is human hair that is chemically unprocessed and never been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches or or harsh washes.It is 100% natural and has all of its cuticles intact.Remy Hair is term used to explain the hair cuticles.The cuticle layer of the hair remains intact and runs in the same direction to prevent any kind of tangling. Remy Hair does not always mean virgin hair, in fact, it rarely means that. Although the two terms are used synonymously, they are completely different in meanings. Remy hair used to dye, perm or bleach his or her hair while the donor of virgin hair doesn't use any chemical products. And Remy hair needs to be rearranged but virgin hair always comes as it is.Virgin hair is more precious and expensive, and it's the best product among all the hair extensions.
2. How many pieces Hair for one head?
Below 20 inch, normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head; above 20 inch 4 bundles better.
3. Can the hair be straightened and curled?
Yes, Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often otherwise the hair will be easy to get dry and tangled.
4. Can I dye, bleach,restyle the hair?
Yes, the hair is 100% human hair, it can be dyed,bleached. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want. We do not suggest dye/bleach it yourself, unprofessional operation may damage the hair and always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want.
You can use hair straightener,hair cunler to restyle the hair, but never do it too often otherwise the hair will be easy to get dry and tangled.
5.How to wash my hair extensions?
You can wash them as shampoos and conditioners that are for dry hair and add the most moisture. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be.
Wash the hair in one direction,from top to bottm,avoid washing hair upside down in the sink. When brushing you hair ,strat from the bottom and work your way up,while holding the top part to keep it from shedding or stretching.
6. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
7. Why are my hair extensions getting shedding?
Firstly, please running with your fingers or wide-toothed gently to prevent the shedding.For curly hair,please don’t use the comb secondly.
(1)After wash,please nures the hair with some hair oil,then the hair will be silk and soft.
(2)Choose the wide-toothed comb,comb it gently.
(3)Too much heat may damage the hair.
8. Why is there smell?
Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo,and we also put some hair oil on it to protect the hair from being dry. Most people like the smell,if you don’t like it,I am really sorry about that. After co-washing the hair with good shampoo and hair conditioner,the smell will be gone.
9. Why the hair did not hold the curl well?
The hair is 100% human hair,and the curls were shaped by high temperatures team without any chemicals,which is good to health.It’s easy to restyle or curl.About this problem,your understanding will be much appreciated.
10. Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description say?
Different monitor have different displays.The same color munber may have a little color different.You could dye the hair if you need different color.
11. Why my hair extension is different from the hair on the head or model?
Model pictures showing is our web are for your refenence only.
Order and Shipping
1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept two payment methods online, one is credit card, both visa card and master credit card are allowed. The other one is PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal login page straightforward.
2. Why did the payment fail?
If you pay for the order fail, please check it is not due to the following situations:
Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you pay the order by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit.
Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.
3. I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.
We adjust prices in time according to trends, inventory and demand, It's our general view not to refund the difference.
4.How long do you despatch an order?
Generally, we will despatch your order within 48 hours since the date you placed the order. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
5.How can I track my order?
Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped.
You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.
Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.
If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, contact our customer service department for assistance.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally the package can be delivered with 3-7days since the date dispatch. The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address.
