Abyhair.com specializes in all kinds of hair products, we try our best providing high quality and competitive price hair extensions to the customers. In order to service the customers better, we accept the customers to return or exchange the products.

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up , we are willing to handle it properly with you. Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

Item not received:

1.Delivery on the way:

*Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

*Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL/USPS to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

2.Unsuccessful delivery:

*If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. Please double check the address before placing your order.

3.Duty OR Package Lost: 

*The customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages.

4.DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED:

*All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1.All Return & Exchange must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the day you received the merchandise.  We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect. Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of the purchase date. 

2.Items returned within 15 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description, please feel free to cantact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible. 

3.Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the hair extension(wave) is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

4.Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment  account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

5.Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

6.After the return request has been authorized, the hair extensions&hair wave can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

7.Original shipping charges non-refundable.

8.Personalized, special order are not allowed. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.

9.We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed) in any way. According to the Health and Safety Regulations, you can not return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law.

10.A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

The following are not quality problems
1.Strange smell(As some of hair material will be special treatment, so maybe there is a smell, but it will be missing after washing. )
2. Color Difference (Different brands and models of monitor, and different color management profiles, or different personal setting will lead to the color difference)
3.The quality, density or thickness of the hair and so on. (As the standard of each person is different, so it is unable to judge, hope you can understand)
4.The size/weight/length is a little difference with the description.(The measurements are taken by hand, the difference within 1-3 cm is normal range)

Kindly reminder:

If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

What does "returned in the original condition" mean?

This means the hair extensions have:

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn.

✓ Wig has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn.

✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

 

Orders Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1.If contact us within 2 hours after you finish the payment, you can cancel the order for free.

2.If contact us within 8 hours after you finish the payment, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

3.If contact us after 8 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4.Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the hair are being customized.

5.If choosing the paypal echeck to pay, it needs 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. during this time, if the customer wants to the refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee.

Note: If requesting for return or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: info@abyhair.com. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss shall be undertaken by customers.
